The new year is an opportunity to take stock of IMSCOGS news.

 

First of all we are happy to propose you the new website developed thanks to Niels Bergsland.

After several months of a dormant site we are happy to be able to offer you again an active site where you can find the news of our group.

After the successful congress in Bordeaux in May 2022, this year the meeting will be digital on Sept 12 and 13. The local organizers will be Prof. Guy Nagels and Dr. Jeroen Van Schependom from Brussels.

The program will include sessions of digital tools for measuring cognition, artificial intelligence in MS (cognition and therapy), therapeutic interventions and imaging. The first day will be organized by the IMSCOGS Steering Committee under the leadership of Menno Schoonheim, from Amsterdam.

At the end of the year, the Steering Committee will propose a virtual symposium on a theme to be announced shortly.

 

Another important activity of this year is the production of international recommendations on the evaluation and diagnosis of cognitive disorders in multiple sclerosis. These recommendations will be developed under the auspices of IMSCOGS and ECTRIMS.
